Hello friends!
The last several weeks have been packed full of year-end activities at school, packing, logistical planning, packing, last moments with family, and some more packing. As I write this, we are loaded and heading to the airport to begin our journey back to Papua New Guinea! We’re flying out this evening, taking a few days en route to breathe, to grieve the painful goodbyes, and to prepare our hearts to reenter our service in PNG. Our arrival in Ukarumpa will be followed by sweet hellos and more hard goodbyes for dear friends who are leaving. We truly need your prayers to carry our hearts through.
This second furlough has been full of creating fun memories, new experiences and family members, and many sweet, though brief, reconnections with so many of you. We’ve even been blessed to make new friends! Thank you for your support and love for our family, and thank you for continuing to pray us through this next transition. We look forward to keeping you updated on our lives and ministry in Papua New Guinea.

Hello Wade Family!
No doubt, it is quite an emotional time as you leave behind family/friends and continue your journey in PNG! But, praise God, for the wonderful opportunity to spend precious moments with those you love – such a blessing! Refresh my memory, was your initial assignment to PNG in 2014? It seems as if that was my initial contact and beginning to reach out and pray/encourage your family. And what an amazing journey it has been! As I have shared previously, your willingness to answer God’s call and to sacrifice in so many ways, particularly in taking those precious children with you – what a praise! It is my pleasure to continue praying for God to provide wisdom, discernment, encouragement, protection, sensitivity to His Spirit and GREAT JOY as you continue your wonderful work through Wycliffe Bible Translators. As you resume your work, what are your priorities/timing for specific projects?
Our love to all!
To God be the glory!

P.S. And a BIG “special” hug for those precious children!

Love the pictures❤️. Even though we didn’t spend much one on one time together this past year, I always enjoyed knowing you were in town and especially enjoyed your times of leading the worship service. You are always in my prayers and I dearly love you two and your precious family.
Praying for a safe journey and for God’s peace and comfort to surround you. Love You❣️

Prayers surround you as you serve! We are so thankful for your calling to serve. Had the opportunity to see The Craigs while here and catch up. Thanks for being such great neighbors as you live life. We at Fruitland continue to lift you up and will continue. Remember Baldy and Red from the airport? That’s us!
